Highrise Plugin

The OnSIP Call Assistant is a Chrome browser extension for OnSIP customers that can track calls to your Highrise contacts.

This plugin also offers the ability to click-to-call any phone number on a webpage and displays caller ID browser notifications for incoming calls. For Highrise users, all calls with contacts are logged automatically as notes with the date and time of each conversation.

OnSIP Call Assistant Instructions

1. Download the OnSIP Call Assistant Chrome extension.
2. Click on the extension icon to toggle the extension ON or OFF.
3. In your Chrome browser, select Window > Extensions > Options under "OnSIP Call Assistant" to open the Settings page.
4. Enter you OnSIP SIP address and password.
5. Confirm whether or not you want to allow caller ID popup notifications at the top of your browser.
6. Now you can click on any phone number on a website and initiate a phone call using your OnSIP account.

OnSIP Call Assistant with Highrise Instructions

1. Sign in to your Highrise account.
2. Go to "My Info" and copy the code under "API token".
3. In your Chrome browser, select Window > Extensions > Options under "OnSIP Call Assistant" to open the Settings page.
4. Enter your Highrise domain and API Key in the appropriate fields. If you have any questions about either of these fields, simply hover over the question mark for a tip.
5. Select your time zone from the dropdown menu.
6. Click Save.
7. Now all calls with Highrise contacts will be automatically logged as a note in the contact's profile.
